How to find your dynamic IP address 

  1. Point your browser to IP Chicken 
  2. Your IP address will be printed in blue in the middle of the page.
  3. Copy and paste IP address and send to tech support agent with your company name.

 

 

 

How to Log into the dialer using the VAKA as agent

  1. Open X light and be sure it is connected and ready.
  2. Point your browser to http://tmicomm.com.
  3. Find the login tab at the top of the page and hover over it and you will see Agent login. Click it
  4. Enter your username and password and press login.
  5. On the left-hand side will find the dialer login page. Enter your agent user number and password and press submit
  6. On this screen you will enter the agent user number and password that was assigned to you and select the arrow down. There will be a list of campaigns that you have permission to log into. Select the campaign and press the submit button.
  7. Your X light will now ring answer it by pressing the green button. Then minimize the phone.
  8. Once you've logged in you will see a pause and resume button at the top left-hand corner. Press the resume button in order to receive calls. 

 

How to log in to dialer to receive transfers.

  1. Open X light and be sure it is connected and ready.
  2. Point your browser to http://tmicomm.com.
  3. Find the login tab at the top of the page and hover over it and you will see Closer login. Click it.
  4. Enter your agent user number and password and press submit.
  5. On this screen you will enter the agent user number and password that was assigned to you and select the arrow down. There will be a list of campaigns that you have permission to log into. Select the campaign and press the submit button.
  6. Your X light will now ring answer it by pressing the green button. Then minimize the phone.
  7. Once you've logged in you will see a pause and resume button at the top left-hand corner. Press the resume button in order to receive calls.
