TMI's easy-to-use predictive dialer software dramatically increases productivity and improves campaign bottom-line by automatically dialing, skipping busy, no-answer and disconnected lines, and--most importantly--never involving your agent on a call until a live person answers.

There are just a couple steps you need to do in order to get started.

  1. The first step is to send your IP address to us so that we may accept your connection from your sip phone to the dialer. If you do not have a static IP please be sure to add it to the notes while adding the new IP address.
  2. The next step is to set up your X light or Eyebeam to connect to the dialer. You can simply do this by following the directions byClicking here
